Brioche lost and raspberry sauce

Ingredients pour 6 persons:
12 slices of brioche
2 eggs
40g sugar
10cl of milk
10 cl of cream liquid
10g of butter
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
250g raspberries
3 tablespoons icing sugar
2 tablespoons orange blossom aroma

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Prepare a plaster solution: mix the raspberries, add the icing sugar and orange blossom aroma. Go to Chinese and book.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and the vanilla sugar. Then gradually stir in milk and cream.
Dip the slices of brioche in the preparation to the eggs and then make Brown them in a pan with melted butter, over medium heat.
Make slices on plates, and sprinkle with grout. Serve immediately.
