Puree 2 potato: sweet potato and potato

The sweet potato is ideal pureed. It allows to obtain a silky texture and a mildly sweet flavor, what remove lovers of "potatoes" that we are!

Purée de patate douceFor 8 persons:

-800 g of sweet potato
-200 g of potatoes
-20 cl milk
-10 cl cream
-20 g butter
-nuts of nutmeg powder
-salt, pepper

Peel potatoes, cut in large pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes of.
Drain and reserve.

As potatoes are cooking, Peel the sweet potatoes and cut in large pieces. Cook in of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
Drain them and then put them in a do-all. Sprinkle with milk, sprinkle with nutmeg. Cook over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, until sweet potatoes easily crashing. Stir regularly.

Pour sweet potatoes with milk, potatoes, cream and butter cut into small pieces in a bowl. Salt, pepper.
Mash everything with a press puree or a blender.

Put the puree in ramekins.
Serve immediately, or simply cool and reheat the puree a few minutes before serving.

A table!
Serve this hot purée with white meat or fish.
